What
60 minute full body workout (low impact) using resistance bands/ light weight/ your baby.
Mix of cardio and strengthening with modifications offered. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy, the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Please bring your own mat/blanket, water and of course don't forget your baby!!!
Who
Suitable for all mums once they have had their 6 or 8 weeks GP check-up whether you had a natural birth, complicated birth or a c-section.
*All age of babies are welcome.

1. Safe Exercise: My Mama & Baby fitness class are designed to cater to the unique needs of mothers who have recently given birth. We focus on exercises that are safe and effective for postpartum recovery, considering factors such as weakened core muscles and pelvic floor issues.
2. Social Support: An opportunity for mothers to connect with others who are going through similar experiences. This social support network can be invaluable for sharing tips, experiences, emotional support, post workout coffee/ wine is most certainly not mandatory but is also is not frowned upon! Raise your hand if you were up at 5am!!! 🖐️
3. Bonding Time: Exercising with your baby can be a wonderful bonding experience.
4. Physical and Mental Health Benefits: Regular exercise has numerous physical and mental health benefits for both mothers and babies. It can help improve mood, reduce stress, increase energy levels and of course aids postpartum recovery.
5. Inconveniences or mum guilt : None! Your baby is right there with you… and you’re setting a great example promoting a healthy lifestyle!
