My 1-1 Personal Training is for you if you’re either pregnant (pregnancy fitness) or have recently had a baby (postnatal recovery/strength) or have been mothers for sometime and are unsure how to ease back into exercise.. Here’s what’s included:

Initial free of charge consultation.

Personalized Fitness Training, tailored sessions to meet your specific needs and goals

Assessment to work out any postural issues or muscle imbalances.

All the equipment will be provided.

Indoor/outdoor options, babies are welcome to attend sessions (TW9 , TW1, SW14 )

Prenatal Fitness / Postpartum recovery support. Gentle exercises and techniques to aid in the recovery process, targeting areas such as pelvic floor strength, core stability and over all muscle tone.

Create programs for women looking to take their training to the next level with a mix of strengthening and cardio exercises depending on your fitness goals.

Provide home workouts if you are limited on time.

PRICE: £50-£60/session based on blocks of 4-8-12 sessions.
