Personal Trainging

My 1-1 Personal Training is for you if you’re either pregnant (pregnancy fitness) or have recently had a baby (postnatal recovery/strength) or have been mothers for sometime and are unsure how to ease back into exercise.. Here’s what’s included:

  • Initial free of charge consultation.

  • Personalized Fitness Training, tailored sessions to meet your specific needs and goals

  • Assessment to work out any postural issues or muscle imbalances.

  • All the equipment will be provided. 

  • Indoor/outdoor options, babies are welcome to attend sessions (TW9 , TW1, SW14 )

  • Prenatal Fitness / Postpartum recovery support.  Gentle exercises and techniques to aid in the recovery process, targeting areas such as pelvic floor strength, core stability and over all muscle tone.

  • Create programs for women looking to take their training to the next level with a mix of strengthening and cardio exercises depending on your fitness goals.

  • Provide home workouts if you are limited on time.

PRICE: £50-£60/session based on blocks of 4-8-12 sessions.
